Ofcom Compliant Dialler

Our Ofcom Compliant dialler meets all the latest Ofcom regulations allowing you to manage many factors including call drop rates. Any call centre is regulated by Ofcom and our dialler has features that allow you to meet these requirements. The dialler can be set to check the TPS before a call is made and when a call is connected if the customer requests not to be called again then the dialler will automatically void the lead and remove them from the campaign. Calls being dropped before the agent and the customer can speak are also monitored by the dialler and the predictive dialling features of the dialler can be set to keep the drop late to a predetermined limit ensuring that the all centre is not breaching this Ofcom regulation.
