You could have a team of call agents on inbound calls and a separate team on outbound calls or have all agents on blended meaning that the dialler will connect the call to the first available agent cutting queues dramatically and increasing productivity through utilising multi skilled agents. Agents can also be shown as soon as the call connects if it is inbound or outbound and what campaign the call is set to and then relevant customer data will automatically be populated on the agents screen.
